No shipping option for your country?

don't worry if its not available, just shoot me a message and i'll add it! i had to manually enter all the shipping countries so i probably just missed it.

when will my item be shipped?

if its not a preorder item, the order will be shipped within a week or two. when it is shipped, you will get an email.

how long will shipping take?

according to the postage service i'm using, it'll be 2-13 business days. there will be tracked shipping, so you'll be able to keep track of your packages as well.

my order is damaged/incomplete/i want to return it

shoot me a message! I'm willing to offer a refund/replacement (with the buyer covering return shipping costs) if that's what you need. if you return a product, you'll get a refund.

any damage caused by the post service's handling of the package will get a partial refund depending on the damage.
any damage caused by the buyer's handling of the item after unpackaging it will not be covered.
